Meet Head Instructor – Alan Karadinovic

With over 17 years of player development and coaching experience, Coach Al brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and professionalism to the rink. As the founder of Next Stage, coach Al endeavours to provide a more complete “hockey values” experience – instilling better hockey skills; but more importantly, valuable life skills as well. Promoting and teaching values such as being on time, being prepared, self-respect, and respect for others with humbleness and integrity.

Coach Al takes pride in not only developing great hockey players but more importantly, being better human beings.
